Become a member of the Sarnia Saints in 3 easy steps
1. Download and complete the Rugby Canada Registration Form. Print two copies and
hand to Club Secretary, Todd Whitlock or mail to the address below.
2. Download and complete the Sarnia Saints Player Application. Print and hand to
Club Secretary, Bryan Weaver or mail to the address below.
3. Make appropriate payment (options include: cash, cheque or online payment using credit card or pay pal). Payment plans are available.
